Comparing 2 Offers

I received two offers that I would really appreciate your help comparing. The first is with a ACN/Del/IBM strategy division in DC. The second is with a 2nd tier strategy house in Dubai. I feel the 2nd is a closer fit to my long-term career goals but the pay I'll be making there in a month is equivalent to that in a week here in the States. Any advice on how to approach this situation? I know it's an internship but is there any way to negotiate compensation, especially given the gap?

Well IBWannaB- I was definitely gunning for MBB and I believed I had a good shot. Bain was recruiting at my school while BCG/McK were not and I received a first-round from Bain. Couldn't get past that round so I interviewed with other firms and got an offer from Deloitte's DC practice as well as ADL Dubai and went with the Dubai internship, despite the pay difference (realized they were covering housing/meals as well) .

I'm happy with my decision but I'm curious to hear everyone else's opinion: Do you think I made the right decision if I'm looking to reapply to MBB in the Fall?
