Compensation post MBB
What are average compensation packages people receive when leaving MBB as post-MBA/PhD level hires with 2-4 years at the firms, and what does compensation growth look like afterwards? More specifically interested in exits within pharma / med-tech / life sciences investing

Doesn't it fluctuate wildly depending on the role you take? Sure, if we are talking corporate strategy at F100 tech co's it may be more similar but some people join companies as SVP's whereas others exit to Product Manager roles.
The only way to make an effective study of this is to gauge what kind of role & seniority they exited into, and then create averages from there. There are thousands of MBB employees, so this could be doable (but obviously an insane hassle).
What are the factors that affect how good of an exit you get?
