Consulting Holiday Season Hiring Process
Hey,
So I am in the interview stage with several consulting firms. I have spoken to managers during the "second" stage and met some during the "final" stage. With consultants usually off the last two weeks of the year, do they hold off on hiring candidates during that year or do they continue the interview process and extend an offer with a start date during the new year?
I am curious about this as well. Do firms interview the last few weeks of 12 and first week of 13? And does anyone know when 2nd hiring stage start? If that exists?
