contacting management consultants on linkedin
Hey guys,
Just wondering what the sentiments are when it comes to contacting people on linkedin.
I would like to apply to management consultancies for a graduate position. I looked at various consultancies and they didnt really seem to have events where I could meet with people who work in the company to ask questions etc. Would it be ok to find people who work for the company on linkedin and drop them a message? Not that many would bother to reply but would this be looked upon as bad practice somehow?
do it only if you have a connection (alma mater, hometown, etc.)
or if you have no shot otherwise and are really desperate
