Hey all,

I've got a buddy who is an incredible fit for Control Risk. Is anyone able to explain the analyst/consultant ladder there. Any other info you have about moving into a position there would be great. He's got about 8 years of very applicable experience and is in the last year of an Ivy league MBA.
