Deciding between EY Parthenon or Deloitte

What are some factors I should consider coming straight out of undergrad? The EYP offer is in NYC and Deloitte is in Chicago. Would appreciate any thoughts, insights, advice!

1. Where you want to live: This should take precedent over all else, especially as you transition from school to being a full-time working adult.

2. What type of work you want to do: EYP will have more strategy and private equity CDD engagements, while Deloitte projects will vary based on what group you get placed in, but from what I've heard leans more towards the implementation side (unsure though).

3. Culture: Who had the people you enjoyed speaking with more? Don't have as much perspective on this because this varies depending on the person.
