bestie im afraid to tell you this... but diversity programs are not what's holding you back from getting an offer at MBB (or any other company). it's actually just you, or maybe it's bad luck. but it's not because some portion of their undergrad hiring classes are reserved for the brightest black / hispanic / native kids at top universities, that's for sure
