“Rory was truly amazing. First of all, being able to talk to someone that high up in MBB was not something I expected - so thank you WSO. Secondly, him being part of the recruiting team and therefore having tons of experience helped a lot. While I think I know a bit about the structures of such cases, being able to learn from him about the underlying fundamentals really helped. And especially his Feedback, which super helpful because he flagged a lot of areas in which I can improve with very actionable take aways, gave me a bit of confidence back.”

“I really enjoyed the session with Rory. He built directly on what we had worked on in our previous session, which made the coaching feel very personalised and helped me see the progress I had made as well as the areas I still needed to improve. What I found particularly valuable was how detailed and actionable his feedback was. He clearly explained what I was doing well, where I could improve, and why, rather than just giving general comments. At the end of the session, he also gave me a clear plan for what to focus on next and how to practise those areas ahead of my interviews. Overall, it was an extremely useful session and I came away knowing exactly what I needed to work on.”
