Deloitte and E&Y Consultant Level Salaries
Does anyone have ranges for consultant level (some industry experience and little to no consultant experience) for Deloitte and E&Y?
I checked Glassdoor but the ranges don't seem to be that up to date so I was hoping someone could shed some light on the negitation process....
Deloitte is about $55k
seriously? 55k? i started at 68 without bonus at Accenture fresh out of college. i figured its about the same at any of the big 4.
Depends, Deloitte S&O is above 70k undergrad, 100k post mba not including bonus. Deloitte advisory and such no idea
Depends on city as well, and if you're talking about Deloitte S&O or just Deloitte Advisory, both technically have "Consultants."
In Chicago, I think Consultant-level, which are Senior Associates/Senior Statt at EY and Deloitte Advisory make roughly around 90-100.
Deloitte S&O offers either 125k-135k for MBA candidates that come in as Consultant, so I'd imagine non MBA Hires are around 100-110?
Any kind of bonus in year 1 at Deloitte S&O? I had read $10k signing on here before- is that accurate? Any annual bonus?
You're correct. 10K signing and no annual bonus for BAs
For the others, im pretty sure they have a smaller sign-on (roughly 3k), but they get a annual bonus as well. Keep in mind their base is usually a good 10-20% lower than what Deloitte S&O is though, at least at the BA level
