Deloitte Consulting Hiring Process?!
I received an email from Deloitte
My question is about the hiring process. I applied to deloitted about 50 days ago throught the website. I have not heard from them until I get this background check message this morning.
Can someone who had interviews/ offers from Deloitte talk about the process? Does background check leads to an interview or what?

Yup. Thats why I am super confused. The email only implied this is part of the hiring process. And I can not reply the email. Do I get hired without being interviewed or what. It must be a mistake.
I want to mention that the email says " this is a part of the application". Then, a link to first advantage website online forms is linked. I searched online for first advantage. They do background checks/information gathering or management for companies.

No, they aren't going to give you an offer without interviewing you first.
It's not a guarantee of the offer. I had to fill out that paperwork during the interview process as well, before receiving the offer.

I just had to do this as well.I passed the first two and I'm getting flown out Friday for five half hour interviews
