Does Deloitte S&O have a presence in Phoenix? If so, what are the main functional areas? Does the pay adjust for COL, or is it consistent across US offices? Would a location in Phoenix make a lateral hire / transition easier due to limited demand, or more difficult due to lack of positions? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
