Deloitte S&O vs Booz (PwC) vs Accenture MC

Have three summer intern offers (undergrad) from Deloitte S&O, Booz and Accenture MC. Which one should I take? Tricky situation with Booz-PwC merger, afraid it will dilute Booz brand....

Got final rounds at 2 MBBs, didn't get offers. Which internship would be position me for future opps?

Deloitte S&O. If you made final rounds at 2 MBBs, you could probably re-apply for full-time with Deloitte S&O on your resume (assuming you still want to shoot for MBB at the end of the summer).

Thanks for your input. In terms of the brand name (for future exit opps, b-school etc), would you say that both Booz and Deloitte brands are similar with the PwC acquisition? (Not sure which industry I'd like to pursue in terms of exit opps but I'd like to go to a top 5 b-school (ideally H/S/W))

From what I know, it seems as though Deloitte S&O has gotten much stronger in recent years and is growing pretty rapidly with the Monitor acquisition. That said, do you think the historical prestige of Booz makes the offer still worth considering?

Hmm, Booz & Co operates independently and will likely operate independently for a while. It has a more selective recruitment process, so it will definitely look better for your resume. They aren't lowering their recruitment standard just because they're getting bought. Also, the projects at S&O very widely, and you have a good shot at getting a shitty project. Plus, your responsibility at Booz will likely be greater. Def. Booz.

Deloitte S&O and Booz were on even footing, at least in my opinion, prior to the merger, and arguments were made for both. Should Booz remain separate, nothing should really change. PwC was never in the same conversation at Booz and Deloitte though, nor do I think they will be even after a hypothetical successful merger.
