My spouse has been at Deloitte for 3 yrs in Core Business Transformation group. He recently referred me to the Finance & Enterprise Performance group, and I will soon go through the interview process. Will I need to tell the recruiter that my spouse referred me? Will that fact affect my chances with Deloitte? I appreciate any insights on this sensitive matter (if at all?!)
