Designations at Monitor

Hey guys,

I want to see if anyone can clarify the desginations Monitor uses for the different levels of consultants. On their website, the ladder goes like this:

1) Case Team Member 2) Module Leader 3) Case Team Leader 4) Global Account Manager

However, when I look at people from Monitor on LinkedIn, their job titles are more along the lines of consultant, senior consultant, manager etc.

Furthermore, on their application page the position that undergrads apply to is called "consultant". Does anyone know which designations are most commonly used? I want to make sure I don't list the wrong position on my cover letter.

I work at Monitor. The firm recently changed its titles for consultants. They are now: 1) Consultant 2) Senior Consultant 3) Manager 4) Senior Manager 5) Associate Partner 6) Partner

If you're applying from UG, you'll be going for the "Consultant" position (formerly Case Team Member or CTM). If you're applying from an MBA (or other graduate program), you'll be going for the "Senior Consultant" position (formerly Module Leader).

The manager positions split the "Case Team Leader" designation, while the partner positions split the "Global Account Manager" positions.

Hope this helps. Good luck!
