Difference between Strategy& / Booz Allen and pwc -- and are they still recruiting?

I am pretty sure from my research that Booz Allen and Strategy& are the same thing now. And these are owned by pwc, but are not pwc's own consulting arm?

And, more importantly, are all of these firms done recruiting interns for Summer 2021? I can't find any intern opportunities.

Booz Allen Hamilton and Booz & Company used to be one firm. Booz Allen Hamilton was sold to Carlyle, and focuses on defense/government work. it still uses that brand. Booz & Company (focusing on corporate sectors) was bought by PwC and rebranded as Strategy&. BAH and Strategy& having nothing to do with each toher today.

Strategy& is part of PwC's consulting arm ("Advisory"), but retains its own brand is is separate from their non-Strategy& practice ("Management Consulting").

We have not started recruiting for summer 2021 interns yet. Recruiting is in fall for undergrads and fall/winter for MBAs
