do canadian firms look at international students

I know recently there are more than a few people asking about Canadian firms.

I am wondering if the Canadian offices of big firms, say MBB, Monitor, OW hire international students studying in the US? Are there any Visa issues?

How about the boutique ones? Do they hire internationals?

I don't see any reason you shouldn't apply. If they can't get you a visa but like you enough to hire you, worst case they'll bounce you to an office in your home country. The barriers to a visa in Canada are probably not as high as that in the US so I don't see any reason you should be discouraged.

....At least I'm not. I'm applying all over the world where I'm language-qualified so...yeah.
