Do Management Consultants log time worked on projects?
For those in MBB , OW and the like, do you log in your hours for the projects you work on? I know the Big 4 firms are big on hours, utilization, etc. as are law firms. Does this culture exist in MBB? If not, how do the companies track how hard you are working?
Yes, obviously, but not at a detailed level. I.e. You log hrs/day to a certain project code. Usually you work one project at a time so it literally takes 1 min / week
