Does Deloitte BTA Offer Annual Performance Bonuses?
Aside from the base pay + signing bonus, do Deloitte BTAs actually receive performance bonuses?
Does anyone know how much of a raise a BTA can get each year?
No, my roommate recently received his offer after completing the internship. It's 12.5K signing and 75K starting base for 1st year and then I think he expects to be at 85K as a 2nd year. He mentioned he may be able to get a little more, but that is the original offer. Hope that helps!

that's a lot for starting salary. did he get experience before as a Deloitte summer scholar? which school did he graduat from? and this is for commercial or federal role?
That's pretty standard for undergrad hires in tier 1&2 consulting. Deloitte's general base for the past 2 hiring cycle has been 72.5k base and 10k signing, with extra for signing early. MBB is like 70-72k with performance bonuses at Bain and BCG. Check managementconsulted.com for additional details.

I was offered BTA Deloitte in the west coast and was offered there and about in terms of compensation. ~70+k base + 10+ SB.
Furthermore, considering that the living expenses of west coast is lesser than the east, you get a higher take-home salary. Also, no additional misc taxes to erode your hard-earned money!
Not to hijack the thread, but the base for MBB is most definitely higher than that. 73 - 75K + signing + performance bonus + relocation
Really? My friend told me he got a base of 72. Either way, I guess I wasn't clear. I didn't mean that they didn't get signing or relocation, just that they got a performance bonus in addition to their base pay. Sorry for any confusion.
Had a friend that was just offered $65k + $5kSB for BTA for an August start (FWIW, it was for federal). Quite a spread it seems.
