Economics and Philosophy at New York University Abu Dhabi

I'm going to be enrolling at New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) this fall and very soon I'll be asked to choose my courses and such. I have a great interest in Philosophy, Economics and their intersection of logic and problem solving. For my vocational plans I'm eyeing McKinsey and Co. or related international consulting firms in Dubai. Is my double major choice an ideal one for my vocational plans? Also, what is my chance of getting a job at a high end international firm e.g. McKinsey and Co. as an international student (non-US and non-Emirati) when I graduate from NYUAD(is NYUAD a good option for my plans?)
