Entry-level job at Booz Allen Hamilton

I mean Booz Allen, not Booz & Co. Based on LInkedIn, it seems like the title for first-year pre-MBA/MPP people is Consultant, but the web site is not clear. Most of the jobs on their "Careers" site are for very specialized roles that require lots of experience and specific technical skills.

It also seems like they don't really do much OCR outside of DC, but I may be wrong. How do people generally break into this firm?
