Examples of commercial DD reports
Hey guys,
Any sources where I can find examples of CDD reports? Can be old, can be new. Industry irrelevant, though the more TMT focused the better.
Also, any clue how much big 4 / boutique consultancies may charge a PE for a CDD for a $200M target?
