Exit from Consulting to Portfolio Ops?
Wanted to get a thread going on the move from consulting to portfolio operations at a buyside firm.
1.Is there a standard recruiting process?
2. What firms have portfolio operations that hire Pre-MBA Consultants? Is it typically just a few MBB?
Don't know much about but definitely not limited to MBB even at the larger MFs. Plenty of t2 folks
how does operations salary compare to the investment team?
