EY Management/Business Consulting
Anyone has experience with EY's consulting arm (not parthenon)? Will it be good to build a career there and what are the possibilities to exit into T2 Consulting?

Hey BuffaloWings978, I swear if I had a silver banana for every lonely thread I posted too I'd be richer than @compbanker ...

You're welcome.
BIG 4 on your resume will never hurt you
Regular EY consulting is a tier below EY-P. Recruiting for a T2 will be tough but doable. "good place to build a career" depends on what your goals and aspirations are. By most measures, it's a good professional services job that will give you decent exit opps. These aren't going to be as great as what is possible out of MBB or T2, but if you're not aiming that high, then it doesn't really matter.
