EY TAS-OTS or A&D M&A/Strategy Firm

Hey everyone - fortunate enough to receive offers from EY TAS-OTS and two A&D M&A/Strategy firms. One of the firms is very small (10 people) and the other is ~150 people. Based on career development, exit opps, etc, which one would everyone choose?

I'm heavily leaning towards EY because of the opportunities to work across multiple industries, the name recognition, more structured career path, and pay.

Thanks in advance for all the help!
