What are the various branches of Strategy and Transactions at EYP? Is growth strategy part of it?

TCF and Parthenon
TCF - diligence and valuations modeling and Econ
Parthenon - strategy, Rx, sell and separate, buy and integrate, value creation and maybe some others
So if TCF is separate from Parthenon, how’s my offer for Parthenon?
