Feedback Needed! Big 4 Advisory vs Goldman

In pursuit of two roles: one within Big 4 Advisory and another at Goldman. The roles seem somewhat the same (PM, BA skills within FinServ).

From the mid level career perspective, should I stay in consulting (Big 4) or head back to industry (Goldman)? Let's assume title and money are the same.

Appreciate the help.
