Firm Name Brand for MBA?

Does anyone have experience breaking into a top 20 MBA program from a non MBB/B4 consulting firm?

Quick profile: ORM male from a top 20 UG with co-op at F50/intern at startup experience. Eboard positions in professional/culture clubs, volunteer experience, ROTC (intending reserves). Expected 3.8-3.95 GPA and hopefully 700+ GMAT lol..

Casting a wide net for pretty much any consulting junior 2023 SA/FT…is top 20 MBA feasible even if don’t secure a position at a MBB/B4 firm?

What am I missing for a competitive app to schools like Yale/Stern/Duke/UVA/Cornell as targets and Dartmouth/Columbia/MIT/Northwestern as reaches. Going to be applying for deferred MBA and again around 25-27 if I don’t get into any.

I just need to be realistic and would love to hear any insights on how to get to where I want to be. Thanks in advance!!
