For juniors at MBB, would you consider MBA? Why and why not? What are the key considerations?

And for those came back from MBA sponsorship, what value do you see in it? Do you see your network as sustainable if you do not work permanently in the US?

definitely considering it, currently a first year. for me, the value of an mba would be to party for 2 years, grow my network, and the internship, not necessarily for any learning experience

key considerations:

- whether i get into HSW; if i dont, it becomes much more unlikely

- if an interesting opportunity comes along (e.g. a really cool startup that might take a few years to bring to fruition, at which point my gmat will have expired and im too old for an mba to add value)

- how tired i am after my first 2 years, whether id want to come back for another 2 years

if you're international (as that last question seems to imply), i think a US MBA is still worth it even if you dont work here. That said, you could consider more "international" programs like INSEAD. if you're in the EU, LBS is a good option too
