From Audit to Management Consulting

Hey Guys, in need of some wisdom from you. After college, I started with Big4 audit, since I had no idea what I wanted to do career-wise. However, after analyzing my education, skillset, and interests, I have found that management consulting would suit me well. Some info about me, I graduated from the top 30 universities in the US, but non target. Started with big4 audit 2 years ago and temporarily with something similar to internal tech consultancy in big4. Outside of the corporate world, I helped develop local businesses, such as getting permits to open a bar, setting up a supply chain, and getting traction with a brand-new marketing business.

I am aiming preferably to top 10 management consulting companies, but do realize the complexity of it. I am struggling to understand what is the best way forward, here are a few options.

1) Masters in Management from top 10 US universities.

2) Wait 2 more years, potentially getting a new job somewhere else, and go for an MBA

3) Heavy networking, with hopes to get into management (boutique ones) consulting without MBA or Masters, and maybe do a consulting bootcamp to get myself ready.

Please share your thoughts, would appreciate some feedback on this! Have a great Monday)
