FTI Consulting review

This has probably been posted a lot in the past but I haven’t seen anything recently - Does anyone have any insight into the transaction advisory/restructuring group at FTI consulting? How would you rank them compared to other management consulting firms?

It's top 3 for RX (mostly creditor engagements if you care), but comp lags A&M and Alix. You will be exposed to high-profile clients, intelligent colleagues, and a welcoming culture if you work there. In terms of prestige and breadth of clients, it is a tier below the Big 4. However, the comp is higher than B4 for most, if not all, roles.

FYI

I do not work at FTI, but I was an intern, and this is what I gathered from my experience.

Does anyone have specific insights into FTI work/culture/people? I've tried reaching out to people but no one's responded so don't know much about the firm outside what is on their website
