You're comparing apples and oranges lol. FTI's a consulting firm, if that's what you want to do, choose delta. If IB's what you want to do, choose the IB offer. If you want to exit to PE, choose the IB offer, maybe if you got RX it would atleast make sense to choose FTI, but you've got Delta, so your exits will naturally be more aligned to strat consulting exits.
