FTI Delta vs CF/R
Hi guys, I am currently recruiting for summer 2026 internships for FTI. I was wondering what you guys think about delta strategy vs cf/r in terms of prestige, work-life balance, and pay.

Career Resources
rx is much stronger in prestige, worse wlb, and should be better pay but not sure on an hourly basis.
don't worry about prestige atp, you should do what role you like more
CF/R is the OG group at FTI—super well-known if you're aiming for RX banking, distressed PE, or special sits. Way more technical, more court/legal process stuff, and hours can get rough when a big case hits. But the name carries weight.
Prestige-wise, CF/R probably edges out. Pay’s close across both at the intern level, but CF/R might see slightly better bonuses FT.
Honestly just comes down to where you want to play longer term. Delta = strategic and broad. CF/R = gritty, technical, and niche but respected.
RX is “the” group at FTI, however their CF&R practice encompasses like a million different things, so make sure that you don’t end up in the wrong group.
Delta is really good too if you want to do strategy so I guess it depends
