GE FMP to Deloitte Consulting Guaranteed Interview?

I am about to start my GE FMP career in July and after interning with the company, do not want to work for the company go the 2 year FMP program. I have looked into consulting and it seems like Deloitte is the best option. Assuming I perform well with the FMP program, is it possible to easily transition to Deloitte Consulting after 2 years (I heard they headhunt FMP's), or would I have to do a year of CAS or go for an MBA before going into consulting?

You can't guarantee that.
