Hi all,
I'm trying to choose between two offers, one is at a big 4 firm doing HC consulting and the other is at a tier II management consulting firm doing strategy work. I have a couple years of HC consulting experience under my belt so I'm being offered more money and a higher position from the big 4 company, but I am afraid of getting stuck in HC consulting. I also am afraid I'll burn out from the travel of strategy consulting and will end up looking for another job in a couple of years (which I don't want to do). Does anyone know of good exit opportunities for HC consultants?
