Word on the street is the EY-Parthenon team is working through compensation adjustments that should be rolled out in Q2. Anyone got any nuggets of information here?

Base is being raised to 100k, bonuses increasing to ~25%
Curious when the $182k base was announced? I know several folks starting this summer that were just bumped up to $175k a month or so ago.
Edit: I guess I'll make a new post. asking about the same firm with a similar set of people interested.
