Highest Paid Consulting Jobs Other than MBB
What are the highest paying consulting firms for outside of MBB? Have heard EY-Parthenon and Strategy& pay well but was wondering what companies pay the highest outside of the top 3.
Alix Partners is a name I see thrown around often. There are also lots of small boutiques I have seen mentioned here and there but good luck finding consistent answers on those.
But for the typical answers, pre-partner OW/EYP/S&/LEK pay on par with MBB
Cap one also pays same. Pay is relatively similar at MBB and T2s at the junior levels.
Cap1 base is similar but total comp is going to be lower.
Cap1 base is 113/106/100 in NY/VA/TX
Signing is ~10k grossed up
Target bonus is ~5k
So somewhere between 115 and 125 depending on location, which is still a little behind MBB (~130-140).
The gap widens after BA though, where cap1 pays ~125-140 or so for a senior BA, while post-promotion at MBB should be 200+
I see thanks. How does MBB reach 130-140? I know base is 112k but I thought average bonus (not maximum) was only 5k or so bringing to 117-120k ish (not including signing bonus since it's one time).
