How Late Does B4 Recruit Into?

Hi all--As title says, I was curious as to how long B4 firms recruit into (specifically Deloitte). I realize that a majority, if not all, recruiting is done for the Spring. I was wondering, however, due to reneging offers and other instances, how late their recruiting goes into the Fall. Ideally, I would like to be in consulting, but I am afraid it is far too late to land any interviews without an inside connect. I appreciate any insight or wisdom into this matter! Thank you!
