Has anyone been able to land a pre-MBA position with US Consulting Firms coming from Canada? I've rarely seen it happen because the US has 10x the population, schools and talent than Canada does, especially in a saturated field like consulting.
I understand the general routes to going about this include internal firm rotation in 1-2 years, or lateral hire after 1-2 years of existing experience, but I haven't seen anyone do it firsthand.
Any one care to share their experiences?
