I'm a PhD scientist, and have applied to MBB et al in London, whose deadlines were last week. I also plan on applying to numerous life science boutiques in the coming weeks.
The question is, should my resume be different for the different types of firms? I've done all the right things to tailor my CV for MBB and other general consultancies. Should I re-emphasise my scientific skills or give more in-depth descriptions of my research for the boutiques, or should I leave it in layman's terms? If I put the science jargon back in, to what level do I do it?
