It's a small group I think. The chances of finding anyone here who know about it are small, especially considering that it's not fully aligned to "consulting." Your best bet is to message people on Linkedin who have previously worked there in the past.
Also, asking about pay/exit opps is not really something you do until you get an interview lined up...do you have one confirmed?
