Implementation Consultant Salary Discrepancies
Found out some interesting news today. I work in implementation for a software company and found out the associate class a year older than us makes $10k more. Is this worth bringing up during year-end performance meetings? My gut says that nothing will be changed regardless but any advice would be great!
