Info Request on AlphaFMC

I'm looking to gather information about Alpha FMC - their websites are generic and I've only come across vague content thus far on other forums and previous posts.

So I'd like to see if anyone can shed light into:

  • Average Weekly/monthly hours
  • Work Culture/Lifestyle
  • Types of client engagements and end-to-end project lifecycles
    • Duration, scope, deliverables, really, as much as you can provide whilst maintaining confidentiality
  • Typical progression/exit-ops

From what I've read so far, they work higher end of hours averaging closer to 55-65 hrs / week. The split looks to be between operations and technology implementation in asset & wealth management. This leads to exits at their clients or parallel firms like OW and Bain that are particularly strong in finance & tech (not all go to specifically those firms, just in the finance & tech space in T2/T1 shops).
