Any insights on Mckinsey regional offices? (Madrid/Milan/London).
Would like to learn about PE exit opportunities, the prestige of the offices, culture.
Also, how hard would it be to move internally to the US?

London wins in prestige by a mile; msot PE houses in Europe are in Mayfair, London. At least those that matter.
Hours are also notoriously worse at MBB in Europe compared to the UK. That said if you are planning to move to the US, working hours do not seem to be your concern
In terms of prestige, personally I would rank London at the same level as NY and SF, above any other office globally. Very very competitive though. A lot of my class who ended up getting offers in other offices, was rejected without an interview by London
The US offices are very good at Pharma route to market I recently read
