Interview for Corp Strat at a Clean Energy Company in SoCal

Hi All,

I have a next round interview for a Corp Dev & Strat Advisor role in the coming weeks. My previous background is I am coming from a M&A group from a well known bank in NYC. While I am excited to make it to the next round, I need guidance on how best to approach this … I was given the below color on what to expect:

1) Behavioural interview will consist of a set of prepared questions to assess different skills/qualities that you have demonstrated through your work experience.

2) Case interview will consist on reading you a problem scenario and then asking you a series of questions to address qualitative and quantitative aspects of the stated problem (classic consulting-style case and more interactive than exam-like). This exercise is meant to evaluate your problem-solving, critical thinking, financial analysis and communication skills.

Behavioural shouldn’t be difficult, but I have never done a case study interview before and I am not sure what resources would be helpful nor am I sure how to approach. Any feedback would be immensely helpful!
