Is networking more of a requirement when you don't have any affiliation to the office/region you apply to?
Rising junior from the midwest attending a semi target on the west coast but am interested in Chicago/NYC/DC offices for all firms. Does networking become more important/expected in this scenario to make R1 interviews?
