For MBB, T2, Big 4 consulting firms all post-MBAs start at the same role. At McKinsey the role is called associate, but at Bain/BCG it’s called consultant. The role and comp are the same even though the titles are different.
would the compensations be equivalent to a 2nd year analyst in that case since there isn’t any relevant pre-mba experience?
