Junior summer internship interview process?
I know the standard is 1st round: two 30 min interview back-to-back and final round: three 30-hour interviews back-to-back. Both interviews with a mix of fit and 1 case.
I have 2 questions:
1) Does anyone know of any firms that deviate from this format? I've heard some interview processes for full time and internships are different.
2) If a market-sizing question is included, does that count as a case? So would you do do a market-sizing question and move onto fit interviews or simply proceed to do a business case afterwards?
Thanks, and happy holidays!
