KPMG Experienced Hire, Senior Associate Advisory- Data Analytics: Room to Negotiate?

I have around 5 years of work experience in strategy and data analytics. I am having some trouble understanding around what salary I should be expecting, and if there is room to negotiate? I am seeing that there is opportunity to negotiate a level of tenure into the offer, as I would assume my experience might sit me around later Senior Associate, just before manager?

  1. Any idea if salaries vary depending on the area in advisory, or what I should be expecting with my experience and the position?
  2. Can I negotiate tenure (is there a better word for this?) / promotion plan into my offer? I would hate to come in with no tenure as a Senior Associate
  3. Is anything else up to negotiation for an experienced hire?

Thanks!
