Lateral to MBB
About ~1 year out of undergrad in a mid-sized PC shop (ignore title). Have done some reflecting and came to an interest in operational work and work in PE ops or something similiar down the line. Is a move to MBB (possibly a PEPI group or pe oriented team) doable from my position to get into consulting? How would I go about this process? Would a good GMAT score somewhat reduce the need to do an MBA?
