LEK Profit Share

I heard that for LEK a proportion of the pay is "profit share" which is dependent on performance of the firm every year. Does anybody know how much the profit share varies (does it fluctuate massively like 0-30% or is it more steady than that?), and what the expectation would be (better or worse than average) in the upcoming 2-3 years?

Thanks in advance.

This is fairly private to people within the firm -- I think your best bet is to reach out to your contacts from the recruiting process and see if they'll tell you. They might not.

Also, what question are you trying to answer here? If you're trying to figure out your likely future bonus, are you sure that past performance is the right indicator?

Ok, thanks for the advice.

I'm not really thinking too much about future potential bonuses at this point. Rather, I'm trying to figure out how healthy LEK is as a business, and I figured the profit share percentage would serve as a proxy for that in lack of better data. And you're right that past performance is not necessarily the best indicator of future performance but it's something.
